9th March - Lower North Shore MBA Family Fun Day

Lower North Shore Multiple Birth Asociation kicked off Multiple Birth Awareness Week in style with their annual family fun day.  Not only an opportunity to catch up with old pals and make new ones the family fun day is a great opportunity for the families to kill many birds with one stone.  Membership renewals were at a record high today as the families took part in many activities such as visits from the fire brigade and police car, face painting, biscuit decorating, sausage sizzle, sports activities, bouncing around on the jumping castle and playing in the huge sandpit and play equipment.  There was also a balloon artist and the reptile man came too who had a very 'captive' audience!
