Bridget joined the Townsville & District Multiple Birth Association (T&DMBA) when she moved to Townsville in 2013 when she was pregnant with her fraternal twin girls Abigail and Bridie. Born and bred in Canberra, the club was a source for new friendships as well as support through the multiple birth journey.
Bridget joined the T&DMBA committee as secretary in May 2014 and went on to become President. Bridget also served as Queensland State President from 2018 to 2020, bringing together clubs from all over Queensland.
Bridget works as a radiocommunications engineer for the Australian Government and holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.
Bridget is passionate about achieving outcomes and improving services for multiple birth families.
